If you are getting Errors when working with Excel, try these steps that we use in technical support:
  1. Close Excel.
  2. Open Excel in its Safe Mode by clicking Start
  3. Click on Run
  4. Type "Excel /s" (Don't type the quotation marks. There is a space between the "l" and the "/")
  5. If Excel works without error in Safe Mode, follow the steps for the Excel Fix (for troubleshooting) to try and get Excel working.
  6. If Excel does NOT work in Safe Mode, then you will want to Uninstall and Reinstall Excel
