Just a fantasy... a daydream... But you ARE the master of this wonderful tool! You just need some instruction! Training is not always painful! it can be fun while being useful. There's no need to fear!... What you need is just aroung the corner (or web page, as it were...)

Okay... how come EVERYTHING looks so different!? It's the same applications...isn't it? What is that window on the side of all the applications? It's just getting in the way, isn't it?!

Whew! Even I was thrown for a loop when I began training to learn these applications. I may be a support technician but, I can get confused with all these changes too!
