If you are getting Errors when working with Excel, try these steps that we use in technical support:
- Close Excel.
- Open Excel in its Safe Mode by clicking Start
- Click on Run
- Type "Excel /s" (Don't type the quotation marks. There is a space between the "l" and the "/")
- If Excel works without error in Safe Mode, follow the steps for the Excel Fix (for troubleshooting) to try and get Excel working.
- If Excel does NOT work in Safe Mode, then you will want to Uninstall and Reinstall Excel
