If you are experienceing errors in Outlook these are the steps used by Technical Support Representives.
One of the first things I will always do is
Create A New Outlook Profile
. This can be quite daunting but do not despair!
Do not forget to Import your information from the old profile to the one just created. The steps are listed in the
Create A New Outlook Profile
page.
If this does not work then you should consider
Uninstalling and Reinstalling Outlook
.
